I went to the store a few times a couple of years ago and found the staff to be incredibly unfriendly and snooty. Looking down their noses at you for no reason whatsoever. I'm a well dressed middle-aged Armadale resident so I am the target market for this shop and because of this I had not been into the store for over two years. Absolutely love this place! It’s my go-to homewares store, and they have the most amazing collection of women’s clothes as well. Every time I pop in (which is often because it’s just around the corner from me), I always find something new and beautiful. The ladies who work there are so friendly and welcoming – they truly make every visit special. It’s always a pleasure to shop here, and I can’t recommend it enough! If you’re looking for stylish home décor or gorgeous clothes, this is the place to go! Five stars all the way!
Placed an order & paid in full. Heard nothing for 2 weeks. Followed up. Got an email back saying 'we dont have it in stock so we will refund you'. Still no refund. 8 days until Christmas - no refund & no gift. Poor form.
