First time booking with them. I booked for 1.30pm, arrived and then was told "sorry busy now", I said I have 1.30pm appointment booked, she replies very dismissively "sorry, busy" and walks off! Absolutely disgusting customer service, will never be back!!
Really had the run around from this and affiliated massage business'. Staff have poor communication skills. Finally organised half hour massage and the treatment was very good.
Wanted a $5 bank fee and was aggressive about paying cash. Seemed very shady
Price is right have difficulty understanding what &where the problem spots are ,not overly hard although that is what I asked for ,quite peaceful atmosphere .
