We had vertical blinds made for our family room and sliding glass door. Rose brought the samples to our home and we discussed the options for the size windows. We decided on the sheer fabric vertical blinds for the large windows. She was friendly and if she did not know an answer to our questions she contacted the Graber associate to verify. Rose's primary concern was my satisfaction, both with the quality of the drapes she had made as well as the quality of her service. Communication was always excellent. She came to our home prepared with lots of samples to choose from, helped us with her opinion of what would work best, took specific measurements, double checked the order to make sure all was correct, and then delivered and installed our new drapes. They look beautiful and I would use her services again.
