Unfortunately I have to give this such a poor rating because of Jessica’s extremely poor communication skills and taking 18 months to still not even have the wedding photos back to the bride and groom. I was a groomsmen at a wedding that happened 18 months ago yes that’s not a typo this wedding was in October 2022. As you can see from a lot of other reviews on this page this is not the first time. EDIT Nov 10: we have received word from Jess and she quickly sent our USB in the mail. USB is wooden and came beautiful packaged. Pictures are nice. ----------------- If providing a -1 star was possible, I would probably do even more. This has been the absolute worst experience I have ever had in my entire life. Jess is now a year and four months delayed. My wedding was July 9, 2022. We got approx. 290 photos in August of 2023 in our gallery. I was not planning to leave a review, however I do not think it is fair for other brides-to-be to go through the same situation we did. I found Jess after a coworker of mine got married in 2020. I loved every single picture Jess took. I asked my coworker if she would recommend Jess and she said yes.
