Had a great experience with Joe regarding repairs to my office chair. He went above and beyond our expectation. We highly recommend the after sales service from Rose Office Furniture.
Purchased a new $400 chair to have the display model delivered. Called them to get a torrent of excuses and blaming the delivery driver for not disclosing it's status. When I requested a refund, arranging for the driver to pick the chair up, I was told, "we'll have to have our accounts person call you." So no chair and no refund....? Meanwhile nothing in writing. Fantastic to encounter another great Australian family-run business. As I now WFH everyday, I've been needing to get a proper ergonomic office chair.
