On a whim booked a massage with Rose Mountain after hearing about them through different friends. I thought I had booked a 90 min massage but I accidentally had done the couples massage, since I didn’t have an additional person with me we changed the massage to a 4 hand massage with 2 massage therapist & it was incredible. Through their use of all-natural and organic products, I left my Japanese Head Spa Royal Treatment feeling refreshed, lighter and with a much happier scalp. Did the trauma gates therapy with Hilary. My GF and I both thought it was useful exploring the felt sense of the body, and how it relates to stored memory and trauma. It was uncomfortable at times but Hilary does a great job making you feel safe and gives great tools to navigate this on our own when you're feeling lost in your ability to self regulate. I'm not completely healed, but feel this has put me on a better path. Thanks again
