Absolutely terrible we had an older lady come into work today saying she was unwell, I rang Rose Lodge and whoever I spoke to , said Were not picking her up, call the Ambulance or the Police, Absolutely disgusting behaviour, I was going to put my mum in there for care, Glad I didn’t
