I would gladly recommend Rose Legal for any workmans comp. Claims. They office as a whole work really well with keeping things updated and the ball rolling. Definitely 5 out of 5!!
Not impressed. I only dealt with a paralegal that informed me I had a case and provided other “legal advice.” Now a complete 360 degree turn around that requires me to do all the leg work. I was really hoping to get some help- response: several options? I did provide MRI and other documentation. You obviously didn’t review too thoroughly. Your office told me to send all this after my claim was denied.
