The apt I got had been newly refurbished so no complaints. I did buy my own ref because the rubber seal around it had black (mold) in the crevices so didn’t want to take a chance. Things were written in the contract such maintenance trimming and keeping the grounds looking neat. We have literally begged the landlord to clean up weeds and we get a no. Reason? My soster lives there.... Great place... 12 apts... 12 friends..... i feel good she lives here !
We don’t live here, but we come here every year during the Holiday season to reunite with friends and family for a special dinner together. Amenities are great and the food is great. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who needs a retirement home for a low cost and using the social area which opened in 1998 for hosting parties and special events!
