We absolutely love Rose Hill. They take such a personal approach with their care. My parent is there and is so happy! The care givers are like family to my parent and us. It has been such a pleasure to be a part of this community. I would recommend Rose Hill to anyone…and have!!! It is such a treasure!!!

My mom passed away a year ago this July. She was diagnosed with dementia and we agreed to pay almost $5000 a month because they promised one on one care with a nurse. My mom refused to eat and, at one point, stopped taking her medication. I would NEVER recommend this place. They give you lots of promises but do nothing but complain when you ask for the care they promised. Also, one staff member stole money from my mom's phone, and when I told the owner, she said "well she shouldn't have any money on her." I believe all the s... read more
