非常不推荐Rose Consult。 需要办理公证手续所以找了他们做，据说比较可靠，一开始说是4周左右能够下来，然后我就直接付了钱和完成后的文件寄回中国的邮寄费用，后来8周了还是没有音信，联系了他们就说还要再等等，然后一等就又是四周，最后花费了三个多月才被告知去取文件，非常能拖，然后也反悔不给寄回国内，说是要把运费退给我，但是一直拖欠着，最后在微信上提醒了十几次，也没有落实这件事情，一开始还打太极拳找借口，后来就干脆不回复了 所以这点钱换个评价一星，我觉得你们也不亏。
