I went into the 9:30 exercise class on 11/29/2017 and had weights, water bottle and exercise mat in my hands. I was met by the most inconsiderate, non helpful, and rude woman I have ever met. Her name is Elaine. Every time I tried to find a spot in the class someone made a comment: " there is no room here, go over there". When I went somewhere else I was greeted by:" there is no room here, go somewhere else". The people running the center told me to come back to the 10:30 class.
