horrible Rose brothers furniture is the bottom of the barrel. The service was horrible people were rude and the manager treated me horrible because i was a woman. I have a problem with my couch falling apart they new about 5 months ago and it is still not fixed. We call and they talk like they dont know us. I would never reccomend them to anyone. My advice STAY AWAY! The furniture will fall apart buy elsewhere Ashley furniture anywhere but here!
Save yourself the trouble My fiance and I went in looking for a kitchen table. We asked 2 employees for help and were told they were busy. After at least 10 minutes we were able to find someone to ask questions. They were very rude and offensive. Save yourself the time and trouble and look else where.
Cheaply made furniture, reasonable prices I've not been impressed with the quality of the furniture at Rose Bros. I bought a couch there and it didn't last 2-3 years before the support was gone in the seats. The prices are reasonable, though.
