He completely ghosted us in the middle of creating a trust. He was adamant about being able to compete this for us during our timeframe even saying that he had extra time during the holidays. He now will not respond to any of our emails or phone calls. Now we have to start his whole process over with another attorney. So unprofessional!
In my experience, Timothy has shown no regard to the best interest of the children involved. He is only motivated by $. He is not detailed or thorough when filing parenting time plans. There were discrepancies and vagueness in his wording with the document and we have been struggling with his client following the parenting plans because it's all left up to interpretation instead of clear dates/times.
