The transit picked me up last week and dropped me off at my chiropractor appointment an hour and a half early in the heat . Now I try to get an earlier bus to pick me up from a CMH appointment and 2:30 is the only available time they can get me . My phone is literally almost dead and I don't have my charger so , if they need to call me they can't get ahold of me .
I'm disabled and scheduled a ride to a doctor's appointment not only didn't they not show up not a phone call to let me know If I was to do this to them they would charge me money for a no show so I wasted an entire day but I missed my important doctor appointment if they can charge me money for a no show i should be compensated for there no show starting to feel discriminated against for my disabilities
