Poor service, resident’s bathroom dirty, no feeding the residents
The nursing staff took good care of my mom during her stay. I would definitely recommend sending your loved ones here. 5 stars!
Don’t let your love ones come here the staff are rude uncaring and have nothing but attitudes they don’t know how to talk to people especially when you point out they are wrong the facility stinks there is no order and the place is atrocious filthy the visitors bathroom has a window no curtain anyone can look in or put up a camera no privacy at all this is a residence bathroom!
The staff at Roscoe Rehab are able to accommodate and assist people of all different backgrounds. They make people who may be uncomfortable or nervous to be in rehab and nursing facilities feel safe and supported. It’s hard to make a transition of living after a fall or illness, but the employees at Roscoe make the environment so welcoming and inclusive.
