I’ve worked with Rosborough & Company on the last three home purchases, have recommended them to many friends and colleagues. However on our last mortgage renewal, switching lenders Conrad and his team chose a courier that failed to deliver on time. On our call Conrad refused to take any responsibility and put the blame on us the client. We unfortunately had no control over the courier, their admin office choose the courier (purolater) to make a timely payment to the bank in Toronto, the courier failed to make that delivery ... read more
A great company to deal with. They were quick to answer questions and when I had to change an appointment date last minute, they were more than accomodating. Would recommend for sure !
