I have confidently referred clients to Mike, Conrad and their amazing staff for over 25 years. Very professional, very prompt & very knowledgeable. Mike & Conrad have always made themselves available to answer my questions or my clients' questions.
I’ve worked with Rosborough & Company on the last three home purchases, have recommended them to many friends and colleagues. However on our last mortgage renewal, switching lenders Conrad and his team chose a courier that failed to deliver on time. On our call Conrad refused to take any responsibility and put the blame on us the client. We unfortunately had no control over the courier, their admin office choose the courier (purolater) to make a timely payment to the bank in Toronto, the courier failed to make that delivery ... read more
