If I could give 0 stars I would. Customer service is not responsive, products are misrepresented, and I am still waiting for a reply and official refund for items that were returned 2 months ago. I had to dispute the charges and contact by bank because Rosa’s stopped replying to my emails. They were informed the items were shipped and informed they were delivered.
