I am extremely disappointed with the care provided at this nursing home. In my experience, there appears to be a serious lack of proper care and attention for residents. Basic care needs were not consistently met, which raised concerns for our family about resident wellbeing. Communication from management Manager Lauren , Sachina and Nurse Jacki was very poor. Take your loved one to your own doctor, and for the blood tests yourself. Make sure you get the copy of the results. Some residence have diabetes and Sister Doris Falzon who is also a nurse, and Dr Jabbar in our case, does not want anyone to know, and let's the residence die. All along , all they needed was the right care and medical management. This almost happened to our loved one. Then Sister Doris had the nerve to ask me, " ....you are a nurse like me, how did you realize she was diabetic ?.....". This nursing home needs... read more
