Very unresponsive to requests, rude, unaccomadating. Multiple issues, personal tax documents and fathers estate documents. Very difficult in expediting requests for time sensitive documents. April gave me a hard time and hung up on me. After requesting past tax documents be sent to me I was told it was stored off site ( a lie) and it would take a month before they could retrieve them. I think April just doesn't want to work. DO NOT EVER leave these people to do your taxes! Especially April. She always speaks so confidently saying she'll get things done but at the end of the day, she avoids your phone calls and when she does pick up, she gives the lamest excuses. Recently, she told me she couldn't submit these documents on time because she was on vacation. She never mentioned vacation to me and said she can get it done by the date I requested. Rosa & Associates don't use a shredder and all personal information including SSN is dumped in the regular garbage. Per a previous employee

Worst accounting firm ever! Avoid this company if you don't wanna receive IRS letters/notices. And employer trash employees all the time!
