Highly recommend Serena & team. Communication was amazing from start to finish. My mare was delivered in perfect condition, very well looked after. Will definitely use them again.
Great communication from the start and much more affordable than other companies. This team took such good care of my elderly thoroughbred gelding. He has only travelled twice in the last 11 years but he was so content upon arriving at his destination that he almost immediately laid down for a nap. Thoroughly recommend.
Recently got a Quarter Horse from Central Coast to Inverell NSW. Outstanding communication from the first email right down to day/s prior to updating times of departure and arrival. Extremely fair prices and the service and extra effort that was put in was amazing. Highly recommended them and will absolutely use them in the future. Ro’s just picked up my daughter’s new horse from up North and delivered him to Sydney. From initial (thanks Serena!) to delivery they were so efficient. The most exceptional communications, care with pickup and delivery all on time. Her new baby was delivered by the amazing Ritchie who topped the delivery off with a new pink trucker hat. We were told Ro’s were the best and not to use anyone else. You are definitely in safe hands! Thankyou!!
