You paid an attorney to fill out your company corporation probably simplest task in business law side of it made into whole nightmare a lot information was not fill properly had to go back and forth with them adjust paperwork fine things happen it normal I guess but would not expect that from there side since they are getting paid really well but son (Tim) feels that he need charge extra for readjustment of wrong filling I call him out in mistake instead accept and apologize for mistake instead point finger back at me doesn’... read more
