I have had a terrible terrible experience with this company. My taxes were filed before she had my information, they had to be refilled, she submitted I correct information, and when I called to ask for an update she did not return phone calls. I was told MONTHS ago it was refiled and still have received nothing. I called and left a voicemail venting my frustrations, and when she called me back she yelled at me, gave me different information she claimed to always haven given me, and she said she didn’t appreciate my attitude... read more
