The office is incredibly organized and detail oriented. The staff have been easy to communicate with, schedule appointments, etc. AND went above and beyond to confirm our insurance benefits with our insurance company before our initial visit. The therapists are incredibly knowledgeable in their fields (we've visited for speech and OT). After just a few visits we've got answers to concerns we have had for years! My daughter has worked with Mary for PT at Roots for a few weeks now and it has been a wonderful experience. We've been doing aqua-therapy throughout the summer and it's been a great way for my daughter to work on new skills in a fun environment. Mary is super knowledgeable and a great therapist. We've also worked with Joy for educational services and are grateful to have her as a resource in the community.

My daughter has been attending the Summer Camp here. They have two summer camps: - Speech in the mornings MWF - Sensory Motor in the afternoon W&F 3:1 ratio of children to instructor For ALL abilities (at, working towards, or ahead of age related milestones). We love it! The facility is brand new (spring 2021). They have well-equipped classrooms, an indoor pool, a Little-Gym style room with a slide, ball pit, swing, foam apparatus, etc. The staff are wonderful. Our family cannot recommend Roots enough. Our child has attended OT, PT, swimming class, and early childhood classes at Roots. Every single therapist, staff member, and teacher is incredible. It truly feels like a family versus an impersonal corporate clinic. We have seen invaluable gains in the last 9 months, and we wish every child could have such a caring, devoted, and knowledgable therapeutic team.

I’ve done a lot of OT therapy with my son. Roots has provided unique and new approaches that have yielded a lot of success and improvements. I am so grateful to have found something that finally works! My son has down syndrome and is always so excited to go to therapy. Robyn is a wonderful therapist. We are also really enjoying his swim lessons. It’s so convenient to be able to do it all back to back in one visit.
