I had a spectacular experience using Roots Rehab for my PT. Kayla was very professional, also very personable. I liked and appreciated a smaller, independent setting. We met at a Ankeny Area Chamber of Commerce event and that was important to me as well, independent small business involved in the community.

Kayla provides excellent treatment. She listened and asked questions to understand my pain issues, she was sensitive to my specifics and balanced nicely between exercises and manual therapy. I loved that she provided both electronic and hard copies for my prescribed home exercises and was patient and encouraging as I progressed. I was essentially unable to function due to pain. I’d tried chiropractic and MDs…but it was Kayla that turned the corner for me to get back to being pain-free. I highly recommend her and Roots Rehab!
