The staff are extremely friendly, love the ease of being able to find items, love of variety and everything I needed! Will definitely be coming back 😁

I’ve been meaning to visit since the store opened and it’s absolutely amazing! The ladies were very helpful. There’s a wide variety of beauty/ self care products as well as cleaning products. Will be going again :)
If you are looking for natural alternatives that don't cost the Earth. A place where you can bring glass and plastic jars and bottles for others to use, and for you to refill. A place to recycle toothbrushes, toothpaste tubes, and razors. Then this is the place for you. The young ladies who work there were Amazing at what they do to educate me on their products. The 2 different laundry soaps I bought in my 550ml bottles, only uses 25ml in a Full load. I also bought bubble bath from the same line. It was under $10. Incredible... read more
First time visiting Roots Refillery today with my mom and we were pleasantly surprised with how much they have to offer! Tons of different kinds of products, all Canadian sourced. The ladies were also wonderful, they showed us what to do when bringing our own container to fill, and took us for a quick tour to show us all the different kinds of products available.
