I love this place. Staff are awesome and super helpful. I also love that their products are natural and Canadian made. I am gradually changing my beauty and household products over. I also appreciate that I can bring hotel or travel size bottles to get samples to try before committing to full sized containers. My new favourite store to shop at.

I was so excited to walk through and see all our families favourite brands!! The staff was so helpful and knowledgeable on the products as well. I am looking forward to bringing my empties in to refill at a fraction of the cost!

This was my first time at the business and Crystal gave us a tour of the shop and how things work there. What a pleasant experience starting with the fabulous smell when we walked in, to the lovely clean establishment and then to the friendly staff at checkout. I will recommend this business to friends and family and will definately be visiting again.

First time visiting Roots Refillery today with my mom and we were pleasantly surprised with how much they have to offer! Tons of different kinds of products, all Canadian sourced. The ladies were also wonderful, they showed us what to do when bringing our own container to fill, and took us for a quick tour to show us all the different kinds of products available.
