Therapist Kristen is very knowledgeable when it comes to sports related injuries. She is excellent at diagnosing the problem, knows when to refer for a greater assessment and provides great guidance on how to protect from further injury. She has been a valuable asset to our area sporting teams
Kaung is da Bomb
Not a single moment felt wasted; Kaung has a very good eye for correcting to proper form and knows exactly what he wants from you. The personalized regiment he set me up with is great, easy to follow on the Prehab website, and he's really good at explaining what each movement is meant to do.
Great place for high school athletes! Helped my rugby players. Also inquired about pelvic floor therapy they were so helpful!
I can not share how impressed I am with Kaung and his PT practice Roots. I was ready for shoulder surgery but advised I should try PT first. Apprehensive and not to thrilled I agreed. With our local PT scheduling out 6 to 8 weeks I looked outside the box and with many of his patient referrals decided to give him a try. Man am I glad I did! One visit and I am 70% better.
