I bought something from Roots Outdoor online about a month ago, and I’ve been emailing and calling trying to figure out how I can return it. No response via email or phone. Really frustrated. Can anyone direct me to the owner? I may need to contact the BBB.
Love this place. Staff and owners are always friendly and helpful. A go-to spot for my support local swag.
So I wasn’t going to buy something here originally, and going to look around and try on a pair of snowboarding boots. Sassy was so helpful on preparing me for success, and gear being on sale. It was the cheapest option to get quality gear. After thought, I came back the next day, and purchased my snow-boots and bindings to go with them. Thank yall!!
Highly recommend them for knowledge of the area, regarding hiking, camping, fishing or anything related to outdoors. Exceptional one on one customer service. Picked up a super nice lightweight backpack, with many detailed features.
