If you buy brand new stove for almost $1000.00 and the heating elements don't work properly, Roots does not fix it for you!! I used my oven after a week and found its not heating properly and it hasn't even been two weeks , and they won't come fix it!! What a let down!! I will NEVER buy from them again!!!!! TLDR **Unacceptable business practices. I was warned to not buy from here before I did and I ignored it. Now here I am warning you all. You can safely ignore most of the 5 star reviews here because of the promos they do inhouse.
