I needed to purchase a washing machine and dryer for my wife's house. I live in Tennessee. The plan was to make the purchase, set a delivery date, then drive home to Tennessee. Fair prices super service will recommend Roots to anyone. They go out of their way to help.
I’ve had no problems with them. Always kind and helpful. I’m currently going through a struggle after maternity leave and they are working with me. I will always go to roots if I need an appliance or couch or bed.
Called and asked for permission to have a pile of junk in the back the lady was unusualy rude and extra all she had to say was no I mean it's no big deal . It was just the tone and additude about it . Could only imagine doing buissnes with this place.
