Shout out to Tiffany D. and Roots store #605 in Birmingham, MI. I was in Michigan on vacation from Florida and stopped by the store to see about getting my leather handbag repaired. The stitching had come loose at the zipper. Tiffany sent it off to be repaired and even had it shipped back to Florida as I wouldn’t have been able to pick it up at the store. She was super friendly and went above and beyond to assist me. When my handbag was repaired, she even called me to let me know she shipped it and when it should arrive. I j... read more
