I was introduced to Kundalini yoga by Toni and it kicked off such an enlightening and empowering journey for me. It was clear to me immediately that she had something special to share with me and the entire class; we all felt her energy and became engaged and connected through her guidance. I'm looking forward to taking her class again and feeling that energy and passion that she has for this practice.
