I've been to Rooted Touch several times now and I've enjoyed every session. The environment is clean, relaxing, and welcoming. Tish does an excellent job and is so friendly, kind and knowledgeable. She listens to concerns and is able to find the areas that need attention. I had ACL/meniscus surgery 6 months ago and her background in physical therapy and massage therapy has helped with increased mobility and reduced pain and tightness around my knee, as well as, other areas on my body that needed some work. I just had my first massage session and Tish is both masterful and delightful. Her massage space is super clean and super comfy. She worked exclusively on one knee, as requested, to help with general tightness and to promote continued healing following knee replacement surgery and a lifetime of injuries.
