Mateo is so knowledgeable he and the team Tara and Janie have been so amazing during this crucial time after a stroke that caused him not to be able to walk with ease he is gone from 50% to 80 in a short time and I'm so thankful.

Having had several visits for PT over a lot of years due to injuries suffered while doing the athletic activities I enjoy, I can honestly say that Michelle is as good as a physical therapist gets. Knowledgable, caring, concern and definitely compassion are her strong points.
Michelle is not only an excellent overall physical therapist having seen her for a knee problem in the past, but she also has specialized training in pelvic floor dysfunction which I recently saw her for. I so appreciated her sensitivity to my issues and how gentle and caring she was. Each week she tailored the exercises to what she knew I could do. One of a kind! Rooted PT helped when no one else on island could. Michelle was able to help me heal after having twins. She’s a wonderful blend; professional, personal, knowledgeable and caring! This was my first experience with physical therapy and I wasn’t sure what to expect. My needs were addressed and each visit exercises were assigned that were specific to my body.
