Rachel was wonderful. She was so easy to talk to and made me feel safe and comfortable. She is good at what she does!! She always listens fully and gives help and recommendations above and beyond just occupational exercises to do. From book and podcast recommendations, lifestyle advice, etc., she takes a full mind, body and soul approach to healing.
