I’ve been seeing both Lisa and Jane for massage therapy, and I can’t recommend them enough. When I was dealing with mobility issues in my arm, their treatments made a huge difference in my recovery. They’re skilled, attentive, and truly listen to what your body needs. I now see them regularly for maintenance, and each session helps keep everything moving and feeling right. I checked my phone before putting it on silent and climbing on to the table. Although my 75 minute appointment was supposed to start at 6:45, she got me in late and by the time we had spoken and I was getting on the table, it was 6:57. The massage concluded at 7:59. I asked why I was being charged for 75 when it was closer to 60 and she got very suddenly upset, telling me I was wrong, and that she is very punctual. How do I argue with her?
