I checked my phone before putting it on silent and climbing on to the table. Although my 75 minute appointment was supposed to start at 6:45, she got me in late and by the time we had spoken and I was getting on the table, it was 6:57. The massage concluded at 7:59. I asked why I was being charged for 75 when it was closer to 60 and she got very suddenly upset, telling me I was wrong, and that she is very punctual. How do I argue with her?
