I’ve been fighting my BFRB and OCD tendencies since I hit puberty. I’m 34 and it was still hard for me to drown out the noise of this world. Audrey helped me do just that! I was pulling my hair out, had eczema flare ups, cold sores almost monthly, migraines at least monthly, sciatica, etc. My body and my mind were going through it. I have been biting my nails for as long as I can remember. I have tried every anti bite remedy you could think of and nothing has been effective. I decided to give hypnotherapy a try and I am forever grateful. In just 6 sessions, Audrey helped me gain the understanding and tools I needed to free myself of this bad habit. It's been over a month since my last session and I haven't even had the urge to bite my nails. I cannot recommend Audrey enough!

Audrey has been a tremendous resource in helping manage my stress and anxiety.
