I have struggled with body pain my entire life. I have hyper mobility as well as other conditions that leave me prone to pain. I also had a physically demanding job which exacerbated the stress on my body. I spent years ( at least a decade) going to massage chains and the like weekly to find temporary comfort for my body. Cannot recommend Veda more - Veda was a lifesaver for me and truly got my body back in shape and left me pain free for the first time in years. I highly recommend Rooted Arts (Veda) to anyone needing to find physical, emotional and spiritual balance in their life. She is a teacher, a guide for exploring emotions, a skilled practitioner of Reiki and massage therapy.
I have seen Veda twice in the past month. My pain has decreased significantly both with my diagnosed neuropathy and from a serious fall. I recommend her without hesitation for therapeutic massage, mindfulness and bodywork. Her presence is calm and she is a skilled practitioner
