Amanda at Root Down in Pascagoula is very unprofessional, A couple of weeks ago Amanda was outside with a customer smoking a cig at the front door when we pulled up, me and my spouse . Once my spouse got out of our car Amanda turned around and told the other customer about my spouse sexuality and by me sitting in the car I read her lips , the customer and her started laughing. Today I decide to go to Rootdown and bring my cousin with me because she is looking into getting her a medical card and wanted to see how the dispensary works . Anna rudely denied my cousin access because she didn’t have her medical card at this time but she did have proper identification. Every time I’m in rootdown I see people with guest in the back so now I’m thinking it’s discrimination because the rules should apply to everyone.
Employees are friendly, but I quit buying from them due to not being consistent with products. I'd find a product that works only to return the next trip and it was no longer available.
Love the service, the vibe is so homey. Ask for Amanda she is literally the life of that place couldn’t function without her!
