I called on 4/1/25 and could barely hear the lady. I asked that she speak up and she kept repeating herself. I asked her to speak in the phone and she repeated herself again and she clearly heard what I was saying. She acted in a manner like I was not a patient but a customer at target or something. I simply called for information about becoming a client and the simple phone call left me with a bad taste about their services.
