I’ve only been here once, but the people are really kind and knowledgeable about the products. I had a lot of questions, and they were patient with me. I’m also in a wheelchair, and it’s easy to access the front door as long as you enter from the side.

Amanda at Root Down in Pascagoula is very unprofessional, A couple of weeks ago Amanda was outside with a customer smoking a cig at the front door when we pulled up, me and my spouse . Once my spouse got out of our car Amanda turned around and told the other customer about my spouse sexuality and by me sitting in the car I read her lips , the customer and her started laughing. Today I decide to go to Rootdown and bring my cousin with me because she is looking into getting her a medical card and wanted to see how the dispensary works . Anna rudely denied my cousin access because she didn’t have her medical card at this time but she did have proper identification. Every time I’m in rootdown I see people with guest in the back so now I’m thinking it’s discrimination because the rules should apply to everyone.
