I wanted a specific product and it was in stock at this store, so I visited this location already living Rootdown’s OS location. To start, the Gautier location is much larger inside, and it is also full of gorgeous plants, inside and out! The staff was so friendly; and I loved chatting with them! The store is packed with a top notch assortment and they have frequent discounts as well, highly recommend checking them out!
My experience at Root down has been always awesome satisfactory and stress-free Rob is very helpful and he is truly an asset to the company I really appreciate his professionalism patience and persona thank you for hiring him God bless you all!
