My experience is always pleasant whenever I go to Root'd in Oakland. Noel was AMAZING! Greeted me with a smile and I felt that he genuinely wanted to help. I placed my order online and I swear, before I could open a story to read on my phone, they called me up to pick up my order 🤣🤣🤣. The customer service is TOP TIER!
Jorge was genuinely pleasant and I loved that he pronounced my name correctly. He kindly inferred about my weekend plans and I shared with him that I was off to San Diego to see a cousin of mine who's killing cancer, her birthday was that day. He empathetically gave me sacred well request for my relative. Best visit EVER.!
LOVE this place. This was my very first time here. It has such a welcoming vibe to it. Terrence was SO NICE. Very knowledgeable about the products and also informed me about their lounge events. Will definitely be back. Shoutout to Root’d in the 510!
Love this place! Always find parking and like to get the Camino gummies! Would love to check out the lounge in the back for movie night!
