Last week I received an Acupuncture treatment by Kristen at Root to Rise. Kristen is great! She is fairly new to the RTR team and lives up to their high standard of excellence. Kristen is professional, likable, approachable and skilled in her field. She was well prepared for our session, is a very good listener, intuitive and has a way about her that put me totally at ease. She is highly knowledgeable and worked her acupuncture magic on me. I left feeling relaxed, pain free and well cared for. I highly recommend Kristen at R... read more

Dr. Mackenzie at Root to Rise is fantastic! She is clearly committed to understanding you and your concerns. She is a great listener and is so comfortable to talk with even about sensitive issues. She is extremely effective with her assessments and PT plans-I started going for pelvic health PT (which was life changing for me-she helped me with things I’ve struggled with for years). If you are going to get a hysterectomy, don't hesitate to reach out to make an appointment with RTR! Dr Daisy helped me prepare for my surgery, and helped me safely recover and get my strength back after my surgery. She was always a message or call away if I had any questions in-between visits. I learned so much about how the pelvic floor effects your every day life from her as well. It is a very welcoming safe place to be and all the staff is so supportive!

I sought out Root to Rise after the birth of my daughter, when I was having trouble healing. My experience with Dr. Jenn was so positive, I recommend her and pelvic floor therapy to all the mothers and mothers to be I know, and will be sure to see her again both during my next pregnancy and postpartum period. It's so empowering to know how to help your body heal, and too many women are unaware of how pelvic PT can benefit them, especially when treated at Root to Rise.
