I was diagnosed with HEDS this spring, and the Specialist referred me to Root Therapy and Wellness. I was matched up with Tracy, who understands HEDS thoroughly. I have taken some HEDS yoga classes from her and have really been able to build up all of those teeny tiny muscles that support my connective tissue disordered body. Super excited to start the next yoga class.
Kezia has lowered my pain level tremendously. I have chronic pain, but always feel better when I leave her office. I highly recommend her fabulous team!
