I’m such a big fan of Stef at Root and Sky Wellness. She’s extremely knowledgeable and a living embodiment of her craft. I always feel deeply listened to and the environment here is a viiiibe. I’ve been going to Root and Sky for a few months now, and I always leave feeling more alive and more like myself. Check this place out if you’re looking for a healing space. Super accessible by T too which we LOVE!
Stephanie is an angel among us. She is patient, caring, and extremely knowledgeable. Her approach is soothing and subtle. You will always leave feeling better and way more relaxed. I highly recommend the cupping.
