I called to schedule an appointment for a haircut and color as a new customer on 12/27/24. The scheduler was very helpful and offered an appointment on Thursday, 1/9/25 at 6:00pm which accommodated my work schedule. The evening of the appointment I walked in the door and up to the front desk. The young lady behind the desk asked what I was there for. I informed her I was there for a cut and color.
