0/10 customer service. I apparently had a 180 limit on my card and had already taken 130 out today and wanted to take the rest out of my account and put it in my other bank. They said they would raise the limit to 500. I had 443 dollars in my account still. Making the total I needed to take out in a day 573 dollars. They said they would raise it to 500 dollars. I asked if they could raise it to 6 so I could take the rest out. They said that I don’t have enough money in my account to take 600 out today, argued with me nonstop... read more

I have banked here since I was in high-school and have never had any concerns with how my accounts are being handled. Each interaction I have had with Julie and Teresa has been very professional, friendly, and helpful.

They clearly don't work with their customers. Account was hacked and they treated customer like it was her fault. Wouldn't take her calls and refused to be kind to her, was so rude and basically said they have 45 days and they will take the full 45 days to figure it out. Go to a bank that cares about their clients. This one clearly doesn't.
