I really enjoy the online classes offered by Root Rise Flow. The instructors go above and beyond expectations and are professional, fun and responsive to those practicing with them. I highly recommend!
Their online classes bring back the intimacy and spiritual connection that I cannot find in other online options!
I love this community! I have trouble staying consistent with my workouts and I have had the most amazing month engaging with Angela in the Pilates classes and staying on track working out from home. I love that I can do this once my little guy is in bed and I don’t have to worry about childcare when my husband is working late. This is a wonderfully supportive and inclusive group. ❤️
These girls are amazing!! They have been saviours during COVID. They’ve taught me to feel comfortable with yoga. So easily accessible in my own home. Very informative and extremely educational. You gotta try them out!!
This is a wonderful community to practice with regardless of whether you are just beginning or have lots of experience. They make the classes accessible, comfortable, and operate with a wonderful mix of warmth, engagement and professionalism. I am much more consistent in my practice given this opportunity to participate from the comfort of my home with Root Rise Flow live online whenever I can, and through video when schedules don't line up. This is more than just a class - its a community. I recommend you give it a try!
