I train here with Kristen, it is a welcoming space that has all the essentials. Kristen is what really makes the place special. She’s a conscientious trainer that works with you on your goals at your pace and ability, and she is a generous community member not only in putting on events but by letting me know all of the things to check out in the neighborhood.
I’ve been working with Kristen for almost a year since my hysterectomy and not only am I much stronger, I also experience less pain and have a greater awareness of my body. She’s excellent at checking in during our sessions to make sure I’m feeling okay and targeting the right muscles. I also love that her space in Georgetown is really quiet and private, and that she offers virtual sessions.
