William, the proprietor of the business, is such a great guy! Whenever I need something I'm sure to go to rooster wheels first. Fantastic service and awesome prices!
If your are looking for a bike shop in the Monterey Bay area Roosters should be your only stop. William and his crew are the most knowledgeable and professional in the business. They do not look down or shorthand anyone that comes into the shop. Every time I come in I know that I will be getting personal service that you cannot get anywhere else, no matter what they have him the extra mile to help me and I am sure they will do the same for anyone else. 10/10
I love this place, as a former long-term employee(5-10-18 to 5/2019 (I think the year's are right)) I can honestly say that William is a very loving and compassionate man, he's family oriented and is very positive, even when things are stressful and difficult, he keeps a smile on his face and gets what needs to be done, done.
