Rooshin at Peak Wholesale Mortgage was excellent. Extremely communicative, kept the process moving, and if a hiccup came up he usually had it solved the same day. Great rate for the market, and he was reachable at any hour — calls answered fast, updates sent without being asked. If you want a no-nonsense mortgage experience, he's your guy.
