The driver was loaded fast in the morning and before the appt time.
This is my third time here for pick up. They assigned broker one time and actual site time will be different, not by minute or hour, it’s hours. Then, you wait or go away… up to you. They always come up with some excuses to drivers , same stories load is not ready yet(paper rolls..pick and load),talk to drivers rudely and they assume drivers are meaningless two legged animal begging a load helplessly like that load is nowhere to be found.
